I contacted JM Workforce as I had seen their details on LinkedIn and was able to see from some of their links some of the training the team receive. This is, exactly what I wanted to see for anyone working in one of the homes I look after. The team have a good range of professionals that have both experience but also knowledge in the children’s sector and this helps massively as these guys come in and learn the ways of each home very quickly. The team have also been able to look after us last minute.com and had people to support the day to day running of the home

The professionals I was fortunate to have work with us (as each day is different) were able to work with and adapt to the individual needs of the children placed but also demonstrate their ability to understand risk, plans and the regulatory requirements of working day to day in a residential setting

It was clear and evident that the adult team have a raft of training and support from JM workforce to implement their own practice but support some of the most vulnerable children to engage, get involved but ultimately create some positive outcomes and memories for them

If I have any staff shortfalls as the organisation grows JM will definitely prove useful in these trying times when good people are hard to get hold of. JM clearly has dedicated and enthusiastic staff that can compliment any team to bring out the best for their children

Having worked with various agencies beforehand and dealt with varying levels of quality from the staff provided I was very surprised by the quality and professionalism of the individuals sent by JM Workforce. They have been fast to integrate into the shift running of our homes and they have been great with the young people. We are definitely happy to use them again.

We contacted James looking for a children’s home manager. We had no hope of finding one on time before our Ofsted inspection. James found us a gem of a manager who came in and worked wonders with the RI. They addressed all non-compliances which needed addressing. Just last week, the suspension was lifted with immediate effect. We can not thank them enough for what did for us. I will recommend James and his team!!

At first, I was hesitant to use a new provider. I have used the same two agencies for the last 5 years. Our hand was forced and we had to in the end, and she has had to eat humble pie, as JM Workforce are unlike previous agencies that she has experienced.
