Our staffing process is streamlined and client-focused, with clear steps to find the right workers for your home:
- Consultation: We start by understanding your home’s specific needs, shift patterns, and any regulatory requirements.
- Candidate Matching: We draw from our pre-screened pool of residential childcare workers and select those who fit your criteria. We provide you with detailed profiles (including qualifications, DBS, and references) of each candidate.

All staff must complete a minimum of 15 mandatory training courses through TrainingHub before being cleared to work. These include core subjects such as Safeguarding Children, Food Hygiene, COSHH, Medication Administration, and other essential areas required for residential childcare.
In addition, supported by our in-house training manager, we regularly upskill staff through CPI Physical Intervention and De-escalation training, as well as PACE. This ensures staff are able to work therapeutically with children and young people, while also being fully prepared to manage and respond safely to risk and challenging behaviours.
